You will identify needs, gather information, provide quotes, develop repair plans, and update customers on repair status while reviewing work orders for invoicing and warranty. The role requires strong communication and multi-software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
• Experience in service & repair or warranty-related field preferred.
• Proficient with computers across multiple software platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and communicate technical information and issue estimates.
• Experience in estimate building is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
