Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Significant level of relevant technical experience, including supervisory experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service operations, ensuring teams deliver high-quality results while meeting operational goals, productivity targets, and customer expectations.
• Develop, coach, and mentor service staff and supervisors with timely feedback and career development opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and address performance gaps.
