Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for an on-site role in Henderson, CO. You will be the main customer contact, building strong relationships and guiding repair processes from intake to invoicing. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner.
• Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to gather technical information and appropriately escalade complex issues.
• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and gather relevant equipment and repair information.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans.
• Provide customers with timely updates on the status of repair work.
• Create and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty processing.
• Communicate the value of recommended and additional services to customers.
• Escalate technical issues and use available resources to obtain product and repair information.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as needed.
