Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or service roles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, customer-focused with strong team respect.
• Able to follow training and Club School standards.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to take direction and work both in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of management, supporting operations and staff during service and events.
• Ensure accurate orders in POS and maintain smooth service flow for members/guests.
• Develop professional relationships with colleagues and management; complete training checklists.
• Elevate dining experiences with pairing options and discuss specials to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or dietary considerations to prevent risks.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and obtain management sign-off.
