Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Server to deliver elevated service and educate guests on menu items, allergies, and beverage pairings. You will support FOH and BOH teams, enter orders into POS, and maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced Club environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, aligned with Soho House Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, customer-focused and respectful.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of following directions, collaborating in a team and acting autonomously.
• POS system knowledge and tips certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management and complete checklists from Club School.
• Elevate the dining experience with food and drink pairing recommendations and discuss specials to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or red flags to management to mitigate risk.
• Complete end-of-shift checkout reports and obtain sign-off from management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and all company guidelines.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Assist runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets as needed.
• Clean and stock server alley and bar area, polish silverware and glassware.
• Know the menu to make suggestions when asked by members/guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
