Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality invites applications for a Server Assistant/Food Runner at Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. You will greet guests, run food orders, maintain outlet cleanliness, and help ensure guest satisfaction as part of a dynamic dining team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will support restaurant operations, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to a seamless dining experience with attentive service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables, ensure cleanliness and full setup.
• Assist servers by clearing tables, replenishing supplies.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for turnover.
• Assist with beverage service and deliver beverages to tables.
• Provide accurate food delivery and communicate with kitchen.
