Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort, part of CoralTree Hospitality Group, is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner for Pelican Landing in Fort Lauderdale. You will greet guests, run food, maintain outlet cleanliness, and check guest satisfaction to create moments of magic.

This role supports servers and works closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on service

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual.
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables according to established standards.
• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Assist with beverage service and deliver to tables.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance and resort policies.
• Deliver food promptly and verify accuracy and presentation.
