Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant/Food Runner. You will greet guests, run food orders, keep outlets clean, and check guest satisfaction.

You’ll support servers, maintain service standards and help ensure a smooth dining experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires excellent English, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated; previous restaurant hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Must speak/read/write English; effective communication is essential.
• Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables with utensils, glassware and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables; replenish supplies for smooth dining.
• Greet guests, attend requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining area and expo stations.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts and kitchen for efficient service.
• Assist with beverage service and deliver drinks to tables.
