Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables according to established standards.
• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Monitor and maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate table turnover with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with beverage service and delivering beverages to tables.
• Ensure uniforms and appearance are clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to resort standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, bartenders, and management.
• Maintain expo stations, service areas, and dining room cleanliness.
