Job summary

Coral Tree Hospitality Group is seeking a Server Assistant for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. The role involves supporting restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain buffet station, replenish items and present attractively.
• Set and maintain dining room tables, ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Support bar operations with opening/closing procedures and stock management.
• Interacting with guests to address requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, floors, furniture and fixtures.
