CoralTree Hospitality’s Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Server Assistant/Food Runner for Pelican Landing. You will greet guests, run food orders, maintain outlet cleanliness, and check guest satisfaction, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables according to standards and ensure cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables promptly; replenish supplies as needed.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner to enhance dining experience.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and appearance to uphold standards.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with beverage service and deliver to tables.
• Maintain tables with impeccable presentation and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
