Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, part of Coral Tree Hospitality, seeks a Windows Server Assistant to support dining operations and guest service. The role offers variety in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will rotate through buffet, beverage, coffee/tea service, food running, and floater duties, reporting to the General Manager. A strong focus on cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain buffet stations with replenished items.
• Prepare dining room tables and maintain cleanliness and readiness of utensils and glassware.
• Support servers by clearing tables and assisting with turnover.
• Assist bar operations with opening/closing, stocking, and garnish prep.
• Interact with guests to address requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and presentation; maintain floors and furniture.
• Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
