Pier Sixty-Six Resort, located in Fort Lauderdale, seeks a Server Assistant/Food Runner for Pelican Landing to ensure smooth dining operations and guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, run food, maintain cleanliness, and support servers and kitchen staff in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering moments of magic to guests, with opportunities for growth within a premier luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly and replenishing supplies.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner to enhance dining experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.
• Coordinate table turnover with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with beverage service and deliver beverages to tables.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to resort standards.
