Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Server Assistant - Saltbreeze to join our luxury hospitality team. You will rotate through buffet, beverage, coffee/tea, food runner, and floater duties in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help maintain spotless dining areas, support servers, and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest interaction and service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain buffet station and dining room tables.
• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with bar operations, beverage service, and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and fixtures.
• Communicate with kitchen about menu questions and wait times.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and resort policies.
• Move and handle items up to 25 pounds as needed.
