Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly and energetic server to join our restaurant team in Rapid City, SD. You will greet guests, present menus, and provide exceptional hospitality with knowledgeable menu recommendations.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, serving meals promptly, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating.
• Take and enter orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide courteous, timely service of food and beverages.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed.
• Run food, refill beverages, buss tables, and reset sections.
• Handle payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, tables, BOH, restrooms, and entryways.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to Management.
