Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Ankeny, IA is seeking a friendly server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and upsell menu items while providing attentive service.

Qualifications

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated and throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating.
• Take and relay accurate orders to kitchen/bar using the POS.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and promptly.
• Provide responsible alcohol service per policies and regulations.
• Enter orders promptly to the POS system and follow terminal guidelines.
• Assist with seating and answer phones when hosts are unavailable.
• Bus tables and run food; maintain a clean, stocked section.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain dining room, BOH, restrooms, and entry cleanliness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management.
• Give a sincere farewell and invite guests to return.
