Job summary

FRCG is seeking a friendly and energetic server in Sioux Falls to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role requires physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, as well as ability to serve alcohol according to regulations. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with positive demeanor.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (2–12 hours).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with guests and fellow team members.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate strong salesmanship through menu knowledge, presentation, and suggestive selling.
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provide responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Accurately enter orders to terminals per guidelines; assist with seating and answering phones when needed.
• Bus tables in your section and nearby areas; run food and complete side work.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management before the guest leaves.
