Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with guests and fellow team members.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate salesmanship through menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provide responsible alcohol service in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Enter orders accurately to the terminal guidelines.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when host staff are unavailable.
• Bus tables, run food, and complete side work during the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, restrooms, doors and windows.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns before guests leave.
• Offer appetizers, fried rice, and desserts to guests.
• Provide a sincere farewell and invite guests to return.
