Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests promptly, work in a team, and present menu items with confident upselling.

Responsibilities include serving, entering orders accurately, seating guests, answering phones, bus and reset tables, and running food. The role requires clear English communication, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to handle side duties while maintaining cleanliness and guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol, or as required by state regulations.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated.
• Work in a team environment and communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate menu knowledge with suggestive selling.
• Serve food and beverages courteously, accurately, and timely.
• Enter orders accurately to the POS system and follow table to terminal guidelines.
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when hosts are unavailable.
• Bus and reset tables, run food, refill beverages, and complete side work.
