Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct administration and support experience with Zuora Billing.
• 2+ years of configuration experience with Zuora Revenue.
• Proven ability to configure complex subscription models.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Experience with Zuora’s API and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal lead for Zuora implementation.
• Manage end-to-end UAT for accurate data flow.
• Act as primary administrator for Zuora Billing.
• Resolve complex production issues and discrepancies.
• Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to gather requirements.
