Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who serves as the end-to-end expert for Zuora, owning platform administration and providing daily system support for Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting.

This role collaborates with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream systems. The ideal candidate blends functional and technical skills to design scalable, compliant solutions that support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams.
• In-depth ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration of Zuora (Billing/Revenue/RevPro) to meet current needs and support growth.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate fixes with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements quickly.
• Participate in SDLC, QA and UAT for Zuora-related changes and impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
