Job summary

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own end-to-end Zuora administration and daily system support for Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams. You will partner with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream financial systems.

The ideal candidate blends functional and technical expertise to design scalable solutions that support growth and compliance, including SOX

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries.

Responsibilities

Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Triage issues and identify bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions quickly.
Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including QA and UAT for Zuora changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
