Job summary

BayOne Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Zip Administrator to lead configuration and integration of the Zip procurement intake platform, handling form builder design, approval routing, and vendor onboarding.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and IT; integrate Zip with SAP, troubleshoot REST APIs, and manage Jira queues; deliver training and SOPs to drive adoption across business units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a BSA or Procure-to-Pay admin.
• Direct Zip (ZipHQ) platform configuration and admin experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM/S/4HANA and P2P architectures.
• API integration literacy with REST, JSON, and ERP integrations.
• Experience with Jira for ticketing and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication to translate tech to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Admin Zip platform end-to-end including forms and approval routing.
• Translate purchasing policies into automated intake rules.
• Maintain and optimize procurement routing to reduce cycle times.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues between Zip and SAP.
• Use REST API logs to trace errors and data mapping issues.
• Manage Jira queues for triage and issue resolution.
• Train end users and drive change management.
