Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Yardi Senior Analyst to bridge operations and technology, optimizing the Yardi platform. The role is based in Atlanta and requires in‑office work five days a week to support the team.

Responsibilities include managing escalated support, performing advanced troubleshooting, and developing Yardi reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders, test features, and maintain documentation while upholding data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and related platforms in a technical capacity.
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools with a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own L3 and L4 escalated support cases, delivering timely and strategic resolutions.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for Yardi Voyager 8, CRM IQ, SiteManager, RentCafe, and related modules.
• Analyze and document user needs to recommend configuration changes or enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and integrations.
• Test new features, assist in implementations, and support training efforts.
• Escalate critical issues with well‑documented context and analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including best practices, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policies.
• Build Yardi reports to provide better visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
