Jerseydigs is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support across property management and development offices, plus corporate offices in New York and Florham Park. You will configure locations, generate custom reports, and support Excel-based reporting tools.

The role emphasizes ticket handling, documentation, training, and collaboration with asset management and accounting teams to implement Yardi modules and improve platform performance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Microsoft SQL Server proficiency; SSRS reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests via ticketing systems, email, or phone.
• Understand and interpret client requests accurately.
• Enter and manage cases in the support ticketing system.
• Setup and configure new locations as requested by business units.
• Identify repeat requests and perform root cause analysis with solutions.
• Develop and document plans, standards, and procedures.
• Provide support for assigned software applications.
• Create custom ADHOC reports as requested.
• Enhance performance and functionality of the Yardi platform.
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings.
• Proactively communicate platform status and issues to management.
• Identify, recommend, and implement Yardi solutions and improvements.
• Compile and maintain Yardi usage documentation.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution addressing client needs.
