Job summary

Envolve Community Management is hiring a Senior Yardi Support Specialist to provide expert technical and customer support for Yardi software across our properties in the southeastern United States. This full‑time remote role focuses on troubleshooting, reporting, data integrity, and system optimization.

You will mentor Tier 1 staff, develop custom reports, and collaborate with vendors on data integration while supporting onboarding of new properties and end‑users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of related experience.
• 7+ years of Yardi Voyager experience including admin and user support.
• Experience with Yardi custom reporting and SQL scripting.
• Experience with ETL, Y2Y, and/or custom importing.
• Strong technical and customer support experience.
• Excellent communication to resolve internal client issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 Yardi support queue.
• Escalate complex issues with documentation to Tier 3 or Yardi Systems.
• Provide advanced support for all Yardi products used by Envolve.
• Develop and maintain custom Yardi reports and write SQL queries.
• Create automated reporting packages and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with onboarding new properties and system integration.
• Support non-Yardi software on request and train end users.
