Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support for our property management and development offices in New York and Florham Park. The role blends setup, user support, and training with emphasis on Yardi reporting.

You will develop and automate reports, deliver remote trainings, and ensure data integrity while handling tickets, escalations, and ongoing improvements to Yardi modules.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Database management and SSRS reporting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including stored procedure creation and report layout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Field client requests via ticketing systems by email or phone.
• Enter and manage cases in the support ticketing system.
• Setup and configure new locations as requested by business units.
• Develop and document plans, standards, procedures and checklists.
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings.
• Create custom ad-hoc reports as requested.
• Enhance performance and functionality of the Yardi platform to meet business objectives.
• Escalate unresolved service requests when necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to Yardi usage and functionality.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
