Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support across our New York and Florham Park offices. You will handle client requests, configure locations, and create custom reports using Yardi, SQL, and SSRS.

The role emphasizes data integrity, issue remediation, and proactive communication with management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ Yardi experience in multifamily settings, a CS-related degree, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train clients remotely

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Microsoft SQL Database management experience and SSRS reporting.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Field client requests via ticketing systems, email or phone and manage cases.
• Setup and configure new locations as requested by business units.
• Develop, document and share reports; create custom ADHOC reports as needed.
• Enhance Yardi performance to meet business objectives and provide remote client training.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with asset managers on budgets and rollouts.
