Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Yardi System Supervisor to maintain, upgrade and improve our Yardi platform, provide user training, and promptly resolve tickets to support property management, accounting and compliance reporting.

The role reports to the Controller and works with property and regional managers across sites, coordinating with IT and operations to deploy new modules and ensure secure access and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Yardi property management software with 3+ years front-end/back-end experience.
• IT software application support for end users with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in the multifamily real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Yardi system to support property management, finance, and reporting.
• Ensure Yardi foundational elements (Users, Permissions, Security) are properly set up.
• Develop and deliver training for Yardi users across sites and corporate.
• Lead liaison to external Yardi for issue resolution and upgrades.
• Set up new employees and properties in Yardi; evaluate system sizing.
