Job summary

Westminster-Management is seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support for our property management offices in New York and Florham Park. The role includes setup, reporting, and user training for the Yardi platform, with a focus on improving data integrity and process efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Yardi experience, a degree in computer science or related field, and strong SQL/SSRS skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Microsoft Sql Database management and SSRS reporting experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to present clear reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests via tickets, email, and phone and document resolutions.
• Set up and configure new locations per business unit requests.
• Develop and document plans, standards, and procedures for Yardi usage.
• Create custom ADHOC reports and optimize Yardi modules and interfaces.
• Provide remote training and share best practices with internal teams.
