Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in workplace experience or facilities.
• Experience in multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of colleague-facing services and program mgmt.
• Proficiency with workplace technology and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a unified service model covering soft services, hospitality, and workspace activation.
• Partner with Global Workplace Experience and IFM providers, and site leadership.
• Oversee service delivery, space utilization, workplace design, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-site projects and manage vendor relationships.
