Job summary

Host is seeking a Senior Experience Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Experience Services, guiding well-being, productivity and organizational effectiveness across a campus or portfolio. You will develop and oversee the Experience team’s operations to align with client goals and needs.

You will lead the Experience team, supervise vendors, drive budgets, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with IT for training and tools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience, with 3 in management or supervisory capacities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Experience team across a large campus or multi-site portfolio.
• Oversee budgets and cost reductions; manage annual budgets.
• Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety standards for Experience Services.
• Collaborate with IT for training and tool implementation.
• Manage large programs delivered by third party vendors.
