Newmark Group, a world leader in commercial real estate, seeks a Vice President, Workplace Experience to build, lead, and grow a differentiated program within Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions. The senior leader will develop scalable, hospitality-led experiences that enhance employee, occupant, and client satisfaction while supporting account growth and FM revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hospitality-led workplace programs.
• Proven ability to design scalable service models and playbooks.
• Experience shaping client strategy and driving account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, refinement, and growth of Newmark’s Workplace Experience offering.
• Define standards, playbooks, and service delivery for both FM-light and integrated offerings.
• Build client-facing materials and solution narratives to differentiate Newmark’s Workplace Experience.
• Partner with FM leadership and regional teams on new client pursuits and advisory conversations.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure program performance.
