Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing workplace vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and employee committees to drive engagement and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, well-maintained, and highly functional office environment.
• Manage local vendor relationships and service delivery, or partner with outsourced facilities management as needed.
• Support development and execution of local engagement initiatives that build community and strengthen connections.
• Plan and execute workplace events, leadership visits, town halls, and employee programs.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for office support staff and partner with site leadership to deliver workplace programs.
• Support site-level budget planning and purchasing in line with company policies.
