Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Senior Manager to lead hospitality-focused services across a national portfolio of 26 client locations. The role combines in-office and remote work, overseeing Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and admin services.

You will drive employee engagement, cultivate strong client partnerships, and model CBRE RISE values while delivering consistent, hospitality-driven experiences for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Employee Experience, Corporate Services, Office Operations, or a related field.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and enhancing the employee and visitor experience.
• Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment, including employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent development, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a strategic partner and aligning workplace services with business objectives.
• Lead employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall workplace experience.
• Lead contingency, business continuity, and succession planning to ensure readiness and resilience.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify and resolve operational and service-related issues while understanding their broader impact across the portfolio.
• Oversee training initiatives and technology adoption to empower Workplace Experience teams.
