Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff. Set deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Build and maintain a trusted client relationship. Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent. Oversee process improvement efforts and develop strategic solutions.
• Execute technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients. Follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain vendor partnerships with cost-saving aims. Approve negotiations for contract services. Manage budgets and cost reductions.
• Deliver the Service Business Continuity plan every six months and conduct required testing.
• Apply broad knowledge of the business and how disciplines integrate to achieve objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence others within policies and plans.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
