Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to lead hospitality-driven services for a premier client in financial services. This hybrid role can be based in Richardson/Dallas, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, with in-office and remote work.

You will oversee operations across 26 client locations nationally, managing teams and vendors to deliver exceptional employee and visitor experiences while fostering a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace Experience or related field, across multiple locations.
• Strong hospitality mindset with proven service delivery.
• Experience leading client-facing teams, with performance management.
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and dispersed portfolio.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align services with objectives.
• Lead employee engagement and workplace initiatives across a national portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and efficiency.
• Oversee contingency planning and organizational resilience.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support training and technology adoption for Workplace Experience teams.
• Mentor and develop team members including recruitment and succession planning.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and cross-training across locations.
• Ensure safety standards and CBRE policies are followed.
