About the Role: As a CBRE Workplace Experience, Senior Manager you will lead the delivery of hospitality-focused workplace experience services for one of our premier clients in the financial services sector. This hybrid position can be based in Richardson/Dallas, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
In this role, you will oversee workplace experience operations across 26 client office locations throughout the United States, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. You will manage employees and third-party service providers supporting functions such as Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative office services.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a strategic partner and aligning workplace services with business objectives.
- Lead employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall workplace experience.
- Lead contingency, business continuity, and succession planning efforts to ensure operational readiness and organizational resilience.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, budgets, and cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
- Apply broad business and operational expertise to solve complex challenges, influence strategic decisions, and improve existing processes and standards.
- Identify and resolve operational and service-related issues while understanding their broader impact across the client portfolio and organization.
- Oversee training initiatives and technology adoption to ensure Workplace Experience teams have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Workplace Experience team members, including performance management, coaching, employee development, workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, assign priorities, cross-train staff, and track departmental goals and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and workplace best practices.
- Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
- Support a geographically dispersed portfolio and client leadership team, with quarterly travel required.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Employee Experience, Corporate Services, Office Operations, or a related field, preferably supporting multiple locations.
- Strong hospitality mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and enhancing the employee and visitor experience.
- Experience leading teams in a client‑facing environment, including employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners while navigating sensitive or complex situations.
- Experience managing workplace operations, vendors, budgets, and service delivery across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel quarterly to support client locations and business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
