Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead for the San Francisco office. You will direct operations, reception, hospitality, and facilities services to deliver a high-touch workplace experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring health, safety, and compliance across the site, while leveraging technology platforms like EMS and Envoy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, or corporate services.
• Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and discretion.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, and vendor services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience operations for SF and LA offices.
• Oversee meetings, events, room bookings, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain facilities, safety, and service standards.
• Develop SOPs and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and budgets.
• Partner with Facilities, CRE, Design, and Procurement teams.
