Job summary

CBRE seeks a Workplace Experience Sr Coordinator in San Francisco to deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests in a designated building. You will coordinate quality assurance and readiness, ensuring spaces meet hospitality standards and operate smoothly.

Maintain trackers, Jira tickets, and service-reference lists while collaborating with Workplace, Facilities, IT, AV, Security, and vendors to resolve issues and close tickets promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality.
• Experience in property management is preferred but not required.
• Open and flexible work schedules; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace observations and requests from intake through closure with owner, priority, timing, and status.
• Document gaps and verify closure for leadership-requested reviews of spaces and services.
• Coordinate handoffs to service partners, vendors, or internal teams without performing the underlying service work.
• Act as liaison between Workplace, Facilities, IT, AV, Security, and vendors for issue resolution and escalation.
• Communicate updates clearly, elevate risks, and confirm readiness standards before completion.
