Career Group is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in San Francisco to own day-to-day office operations for the Downtown HQ supporting 150+ employees. This role partners with HR, IT, and leadership to ensure a polished, secure, and productive workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in office management or workplace operations, strong vendor management, event planning, and the ability to build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or a closely related role.
• Experience supporting a 100+ person office is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within technology or a similarly dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace operations for the San Francisco headquarters and support workplace initiatives across multiple global office locations.
• Serve as the primary workplace point of contact, ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-functioning employee and guest experience.
• Partner with HR and IT on onboarding, offboarding, workplace policies, attendance logistics, and employee support programs.
• Manage workplace programs, employee events, amenities, cultural initiatives, and engagement activities that foster connection and community.
• Oversee space planning, seating, workplace assets, supplies, and office improvements to support evolving business needs.
• Own workplace communications, emergency preparedness programs, and operational processes that ensure employee safety and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, workplace budgets, facilities maintenance, mail services, and building operations.
• Coordinate high-profile executive, VIP, and guest visits, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
• Plan and execute company events, celebrations, meetings, and special workplace initiatives.
• Build scalable workplace systems, continuously improve processes, and serve as a trusted operational partner across the organization.
