Blackstone in San Francisco seeks an experienced Workplace Experience Lead to manage operations for the San Francisco and LA offices, ensuring high-quality workplace experiences and service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace operations or related corporate services, with strong customer service skills and fluency in English and Japanese. This is a full-time onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or related corporate services.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with professional diplomacy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English and Japanese with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience operations for San Francisco and LA offices, including reception, hospitality, pantries, conference rooms, and events.
• Coordinate meetings, visitor services, catering logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee daily office operations, inventory, maintenance, and health and safety compliance.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and service standards with KPIs and data analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and building management within budget.
