CBRE is seeking a Lead Workplace Experience Coordinator in San Francisco to deliver world-class service for employees and guests in a designated building. You will manage events, space setup, procurement via MyBuy/Coupa, safety protocols, and front-desk support, while guiding a team of coordinators and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a solid office-operations background, and working authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills in processes and systems.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions without supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular floor walks to provide a welcoming presence and support employee needs.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement through MyBuy/Coupa, monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders.
  • Coordinate and execute all on-site events across the campus including space setup, furniture configuration, décor elements, and post-event resets.
  • Organize and reset conference rooms and shared spaces to maintain a clean, functional environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and act as EHS Hero to reinforce a culture of safety.
  • Manage soft-services facilities requests including furniture moves and workstation adjustments.
  • Coordinate internal moves and seating changes with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as primary contact for Workplace Experience requests submitted via internal ticketing systems.
  • Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
  • Lead by example and coach Coordinators to align with operational standards and service expectations.
  • Lead the Workplace Experience Coordinator team in logistics and service delivery for client initiatives.
  • Resolve complex operational challenges with sound judgment and effective solutions.
  • Provide reception coverage to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Vendor management.
  • Own and coordinate workplace data collection and reporting with leadership.
  • Coordinate facilities-related activities and track corrective actions to completion.
  • Conduct routine facility condition assessments and drive timely resolutions.
