Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience lead in San Francisco to deliver high-quality, concierge-level service across the office.

You will oversee reception, hospitality, meetings, events, and facilities, ensuring a seamless, compliant workplace aligned with Blackstone standards. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and drive improvements using EMS, Cvent, Envoy and other tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations or corporate services.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• English and Japanese language skills preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMS, Cvent, Envoy and related workplace tech.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience operations for SF and LA offices.
• Oversee meetings, events, and visitor services including room bookings and catering.
• Manage daily office operations, inventory, and facilities maintenance.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and building management.
• Collaborate with Facilities, CRE, Design & Construction, Security, Finance and Procurement.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
