Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a strategic Sr HR partner to drive organizational initiatives for Growth & Emerging businesses. You will coach executives, analyze data, and guide decisions using BI to improve employee experience and efficiency.

Hybrid role (3 days in-office) based in Frisco, TX, with consideration for Overland Park, KS. Strong planning and collaboration are key for success in this high-impact position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years HR experience with 2–4 years in workforce planning & organizational design.
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong judgment.
• Strong client service orientation and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to priorities.
• Strategic planning using workforce insights and competitive intelligence.
• Experience delivering core HR services including coaching and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to executive leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Drive program delivery for people account team initiatives.
• Understand business drivers and identify innovative HR solutions.
• Analyze data and provide insights to guide decisions.
• Advise on HR programs, change management, and diversity initiatives.
• Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Contribute to other duties as needed by management.
