T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior data science leader to drive innovation across analytics, ML, and AI. This role partners with stakeholders to develop modeling solutions and deliver actionable insights that strengthen data-driven decisions.

The position requires 7–10 years in predictive modeling and data science, with strong communication skills and experience handling large data ecosystems. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days in designated locations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years Industry experience in predictive modeling, data science and analytics in ML/data scientist role.
• 4-7 yearsExperience with communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 7-10 years Experience translating business questions into data-driven answers.
• 4-7 years Experience with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques (SVM, Random Forest, etc.).
• 4-7 years Experience with big data architecture/pipelines (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka).
• 7-10 years Experience with data scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• 4-7 years Experience in data visualization.
• 7-10 years Relational database experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and model large data sets to develop analytics and ML solutions.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance data integration and analytics.
• Own implementation and standardization of analytics/toolkits for data science teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data management, architecture, governance, and infra.
• Provide senior guidance on data science methodologies to technical teams.
• Communicate insights to business leaders through verbal, written, and visual means.
• Handle additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
