T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to deliver insights, workforce plans, and strategies that guide business growth and operational success. This role translates enterprise strategy into multi-year workforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives, financial commitments, and operational needs, including the impact of AI and automation.

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; or Overland Park, KS.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years experience in strategic workforce planning, headcount planning, organizational design, or people analytics.
• 7+ years framing complex problems and providing data-driven recommendations.
• 7+ years developing financial models and conducting financial analyses.
• 2+ years managing projects independently and creating roadmaps.

• Leads strategic workforce planning with long-range demand forecasting and gap analysis.
• Influences and designs the strategic workforce vision across units.
• Uses AI tools to conduct research, scenario modeling, and workforce planning.
• Forges cross-functional partnerships across HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Develops AI-enabled workforce products and dashboards for leadership.
