Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Engineer for Commercial AI Forward Deployment in a hybrid environment with offices in Frisco, TX or Seattle, WA. You will drive the technical agenda for agentic AI deployments, design end-to-end AI workflows, and mentor engineers across the domain while delivering ROI-driven outcomes.

The role requires hands-on Python and multiple languages, strong data engineering, and cloud-native deployment with AWS or Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical agenda for net-new agentic AI delivery within the domain.
• Design and deliver agentic AI solutions in live production environments and run controlled experiments.
• Build integration layers connecting AI solutions to BU tools and data sources.
• Mentor and guide Engineers, provide code reviews and onboarding support.
• Contribute to practice reporting and knowledge transfer sessions.
