Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional for its Pharmacy Process Engineering organization. The role blends advanced analytics with operational workforce management to optimize staffing, scheduling, and compliance across Medicaid UM.

Remote work is supported, with standard business hours and occasional travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Workforce Management, strong communication, and proficiency with Verint and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Strong collaboration with leaders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Verint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM with real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for current and future needs.
• Provide analysis to support departmental and segment goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of organizational strategy and linkages to departments to inform workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure all workforce management activities comply with U.S. federal and Puerto Rico employment laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report on main workforce metrics; adjust plans to improve performance and engagement.
