Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced analytics with operational workforce management for the Medicaid UM utilization management segment. You will forecast staffing, oversee scheduling, and align workforce decisions with enterprise goals.

Ideal candidates bring Verint expertise, 3+ years of WFM experience, and strong collaboration with leadership. Remote work is available with standard EST hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Verint expertise required.
• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM; use real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management per policy.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for current and future goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing to support department goals.
• Show understanding of organizational strategy and link to workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to support execution and initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving situations.
• Ensure workforce activities comply with US federal and Puerto Rico laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report key workforce metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
